Arrival & Accomodation
After many considerations between Austria, Portugal or even Las Vegas, we ultimately decided on Kartause Gaming as our wedding location.
The choice was easy because it meets all of our quality criteria:

The picturesque location in the beautiful Mostviertel in Lower Austria, Miriam's home.

The portion sizes are “Rui-approved”.

Felix, Miriam's brother, personally creates delicious dishes there.

The onsite brewery is well-stocked to cater to all your beer preferences.

The maid of honor, Miriam, knows the hotel rooms inside out due to her experience as a chambermaid. If necessary, she can show lost party guests the way back to the right room.

Do you need accommodation?
No problem, you can reserve rooms directly at the Charterhouse. Please contact the location directly by email and let them know that you are coming to our wedding.

Timetable
So that you know roughly what to expect and how you should manage your hunger, here is an overview of our time table:

From 2:00 pm Reception in the courtyard with welcome drink

FAQs
What should I wear?
Dress code: Come as you are!
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable – whether it’s chic, casual, or something in between. Just one small request: please leave the color white to the bride.
A little tip for all stiletto fans and high heel lovers: the agape will take place outdoors on gravel – so please keep that in mind when choosing your shoes.
Can we bring our kids?
Absolutely! Children are more than welcome at our celebration.
Just let us know in advance how many little guests will be joining – so we can plan accordingly.
How do I get to the wedding? And where can I park?
The ceremony will take place at the Kartause Gaming – there’s plenty of parking available on-site. If you need a ride from Vienna or can offer one, let us know – we’ll try to help coordinate.
Will there be vegetarian or vegan food?
There will be vegetarian options available at the buffet. If you’d prefer a vegan meal, just let us know in advance – we’ll be happy to arrange something for you.
What would you like as a wedding gift?
